I am a facilitator, trainer, consultant, and strategist helping mission-driven organizations and networks align their culture and strategy for lasting impact.
Through consulting, group coaching, offers and needs markets, peer co-mentorship, and thought partnership, Carolyn creates participatory, equity-centered spaces where teams can reflect, learn, and strengthen how they work together.
Rooted in both Maryland and Accra, Ghana, her approach blends ancestral wisdom, lived experience, and practical strategy to bridge the gap between intention and action—helping people and organizations build thriving, values-aligned systems.
